Both the BLM and the USFS have Special Agent jobs open on USAJobs. I believe the duty stations are Clovis (Fresno), San Diego, El Centro, and Redding.

First let me say I am not one of the hiring officials for these positions nor due I speak for anyone in the park beyond myself, in fact I speak to you simply - FOP lodge member to lodge member. I will however admit that I do have selfish reasons for making sure this opportunity gets out to as many LE Rangers as possible and that is the desire to come to work everyday surrounded by the best Law Enforcement Rangers...

I noticed that there are 55+ USFS LE jobs nationwide right now. Anybody wanna put bets on how many of those are going to be filled by NPS rangers? I say at least 40.

Flagstaff area parks

The Flagstaff area parks have a opening for a GL9 LEO, doses anybody know anything about the position? The description said the the incumbent would supervise 4-5 interp, a visitor center and the fee collection program. Do the parks really want an LE?
