			<description><![CDATA[ In a recent legal update, I seem to remember a case where an offense occurred within NPS jurisdiction but the vehicle was stopped out of the boundaries of the
park. After the stop, something like interference or disorderly occurred and charges were filed. The defense argued that the subsequent offense occurred
outside of NPS jursidiction and was not valid. The court found that the resistance/interference was so contemperaneous with the initial event that the charge

Anyway, The division heads had a meeting and wanted to put cloth badges on all the vest (LE on LE - Non-LE on everyone else)
